Position: AI Video Content Creator / Generative AI Video Specialist

Department: Marketing Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full Time

Role Requirement

We are looking for a creative resource with strong hands-on experience in AI-based video creation for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, advertisements and promotional content.

The candidate should be capable of creating videos using Generative AI tools with minimal dependency on traditional editing workflows.

The primary objective of this role is to improve the speed, quality and volume of AI-generated video content produced by the Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

· Create AI-generated Shorts, Reels, YouTube videos and advertisement videos.

· Convert scripts and concepts into AI-generated visual scenes.

· Create text-to-video and image-to-video content.

· Develop AI-based characters, environments and cinematic visuals.

· Create storyboards and scene-wise prompts for video generation.

· Use AI voice, lip-sync and avatar tools wherever required.

· Combine AI-generated scenes into complete polished videos.

· Add subtitles, background music, sound effects and basic motion graphics.

· Maintain consistency in characters, visual style and branding across multiple scenes.

· Create AI-based promotional and branding videos for marketing campaigns.

· Continuously explore new AI video tools and improve production efficiency.

· Coordinate with the Content and Marketing Teams to convert concepts into final video outputs.

Must-Have Skills

· Strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI video tools.

· Prompt engineering for AI video and image generation.

· Text-to-video and image-to-video creation.

· Strong visual storytelling and creativity.

· Ability to understand scripts and convert them into scenes.

· Basic knowledge of video editing.





· Understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and advertisement formats.

· Good understanding of framing, camera movements, lighting and scene composition.

· Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.

Hands-on exposure to some of the below tools or equivalent platforms is preferred:

· Runway

· Kling AI

· Google Veo

· Sora

· Pika

· Luma

· Hailuo AI

· Midjourney / Flux

· Adobe Firefly

· ElevenLabs

· HeyGen

· CapCut

· Adobe Premiere Pro

· After Effects

Knowledge of all tools is not mandatory. Candidate should be comfortable learning and adapting to new AI tools.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

· Is genuinely interested in Generative AI and AI video creation.

· Regularly experiments with current AI tools and workflows.

· Can independently convert an idea into a finished video.

· Focuses on both creative quality and turnaround time.

· Can create videos beyond basic template-based AI content.

· Understands how to maintain quality and consistency across scenes.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must preferably share an AI video portfolio covering at least some of the following:

· AI advertisements

· Shorts / Reels

· Text-to-video

· Image-to-video

· Cinematic AI videos

· AI character videos

· AI storytelling

· AI voice / lip-sync integration

Selection Preference

Preference should be given to candidates with strong practical AI video capability rather than only traditional video editing experience.

A practical assignment can be conducted during the selection process to assess:

· Prompting capability

· Creativity

· Tool selection

· Visual quality

· Character consistency

· Turnaround time

· Final output quality

- Qualification: Any relevant degree/diploma. Practical capability and portfolio will be given higher importance than educational qualification.
