Role & responsibility:

- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, branding, and educational purposes.
- Develop creative video concepts and contribute ideas for new content formats, series, campaigns, and storytelling approaches.
- Use AI-powered video editing and content creation tools to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of video production.
- Write effective prompts for AI video, image, voice, script, and creative-generation tools.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to identify new ways of creating high-quality content.
- Research subjects deeply before creating content, particularly technical, industrial, business, and product-related topics.
- Turn complex or technical information into simple, engaging, and visually compelling stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to understand objectives and translate them into effective video content.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, messaging, and quality across all video content.




- Handle the complete video workflow when required—from research and ideation to scripting, editing, motion graphics, sound design, captions, and final delivery.

We’re Looking For

- Strong video editing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and creative tools and a willingness to constantly explore new ones.
- Solid prompting skills and an understanding of how to get high-quality outputs from AI tools.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behaviour, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to understand technical or complex information and convert it into accessible content.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work independently.
- Curiosity about technology, AI, content creation, and emerging media trends.
