We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Videographer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete video production process, from concept development and shooting to editing, colour grading, sound design and final delivery.

The role will involve creating high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, TVCs, brand films, patient testimonials, events and other marketing requirements.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, pacing, composition and modern social-media content, rather than someone who only handles basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Edit Reels, advertisements, TVCs, brand films, testimonials, promotional videos and event content.
- Handle video projects from concept and shooting through editing to final delivery.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals and basic filmmaking equipment.
- Plan and execute shots based on the creative brief and direction.
- Create engaging edits with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions and visual flow.
- Perform skilled colour correction and colour grading.
- Add appropriate sound design, music, subtitles, graphics and motion elements.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing and social media teams to understand concepts and deliverables.
- Adapt content into different formats and aspect ratios, including 9:16,



16:9 and 1:1.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Organise and manage footage, project files and media assets efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver completed videos within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social-media formats and emerging visual styles.

Required SkillsVideo Editing
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of editing techniques, storytelling, pacing and composition.
- Experience editing social media content, advertisements and cinematic videos.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Colour Correction & Grading
- Positive knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour correction and colour grading is preferred.
- Understanding of colour theory, skin tones, exposure, contrast and cinematic looks.
- Ability to maintain consistent colour across multiple shots and cameras.
- Ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent colour grades.

Videography & Cinematography




- Experience handling skilled cameras, lenses, gimbals and basic lighting equipment.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, camera movement, lighting and cinematography.
- Ability to independently execute basic video shoots when required.
- Knowledge of cinematic shooting techniques is preferred.
- Ability to plan shots according to the story, creative brief and intended platform.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Film, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Media Production or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in video editing and/or videography.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating practical skills may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
