Role Description The Video Editor & Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases Websys Gooru’s products, services, and client stories for marketing, training, and internal communication. Day-to-day tasks include capturing high-quality footage, organizing and managing media assets, editing videos for various digital platforms, and applying color grading and visual enhancements to align with brand guidelines.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop concepts, creating motion graphics or simple animations where needed,



and ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and technical standards.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, operating cameras, and recording audio.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Color Grading using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements to enhance video storytelling.
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for web, social media, and presentations.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in video production/editing; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
- Formal education in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
