About Vasudha Grand

Vasudha Grand is a premium, forest-integrated weekend villa community on NH-65, near Zaheerabad/Kohir, Hyderabad, on the Hyderabad–Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Set on a proposed DTCP layout with 600 & 900 sq. yd. plots, 70%+ green cover, a Miyawaki forest system, solar-ready infrastructure, self-sufficient water systems, and a resort-style destination clubhouse, the project is built for buyers who want a healthier, nature-led second home and weekend getaway.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to shape how Vasudha Grand looks and feels across every touchpoint, from social creatives and ad campaigns to brochures, hoardings, and sales collateral, keeping every piece aligned with the brand's premium, sustainable positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, carousels, and static ads for digital campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and other collateral for site and events.
- Design floor plans, master plan visuals, and infographics in line with project documentation.
- Maintain and evolve the Vasudha Grand brand guidelines (colours, typography, logo usage) across all materials.
- Collaborate with the digital marketer and video editor on integrated campaign creatives.
- Prepare presentation decks and sales collateral for the sales team as needed.
- Manage multiple design requests and turn them around within agreed timelines.




- Keep the design language aligned with the brand's premium, sustainable, nature-led positioning.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of graphic design experience, with prior experience designing for a real estate brand or project (brochures, floor plans, hoardings, social creatives) mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design work.
- Positive understanding of layout, typography, and premium brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to take and interpret briefs from the Founder, marketing, and sales teams.
