Role Overview

UIACC is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our Media & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, pacing, and current social media trends.

You will work on content ranging from Instagram Reels and short-form videos to interviews, podcasts, event highlights, promotional campaigns, and corporate videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit qualified videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, event highlights, teasers, and promotional videos
- Edit podcasts, interviews, speaker sessions, and leadership content
- Produce event recap and after-movie videos for UIACC conferences, conclaves, and networking events
- Add professional transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and branding
- Convert long-form footage into engaging short-form social media content
- Perform basic color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement
- Maintain consistent UIACC brand identity across video content
- Work closely with the Content,



Digital Marketing, and Events teams
- Organize raw footage and maintain an efficient media library
- Deliver content according to campaign and publishing deadlines
- Stay updated with emerging video formats, editing styles, and social media trends

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is an advantage
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual composition
- Experience editing vertical 9:16 social media content
- Good knowledge of audio editing and color correction
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of professional video-editing experience
- Experience working with corporate brands, events, podcasts, or digital media
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video-editing work
- Understanding of current Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
