What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional video editing experience

Strong creative sense and visual storytelling skills

Experience working with 3–4 client/brand profiles

Robust knowledge of short-form & long-form video editing

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve

Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools and workflows





Understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles and visual effects

Ability to adapt editing styles for different brands and audiences

Job Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos

Work across multiple client accounts while maintaining brand consistency

Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects and music

Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content

Collaborate with the creative and content team on video concepts

Stay updated with current editing trends and AI-based tools

Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines

Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
