Thinkster is hiring a Video Editor who thinks in cuts, not clips. If a scroll-stopping Reel and a bloated snoozefest look the same to you, this isn't your role. If they don't — keep reading.
What you'll do-
- Turn raw footage into Reels, YouTube cuts, and ad-ready videos
- Nail pacing, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
- Color grade, mix audio, ship multiple platform cuts from one shoot
- Sit in on briefs — not just receive files and disappear
What you'll need-
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut — your pick
- An eye for pacing, rhythm, and what makes people stop scrolling
- A portfolio that shows instinct — fresher or not, we care what you've cut, not your CV
