About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our brand and marketing team. You'll work closely with our content, social media, and founder's office teams to produce engaging video content — from reels and founder-brand videos to campaign films and event coverage.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to bring scripts and briefs to life
- Edit founder-brand and leadership content with a focus on storytelling and relatability
- Work on campaign videos, event recaps, and brand films
- Add motion graphics, subtitles,



sound design, and color grading as needed
- Manage multiple projects and turnaround videos quickly without compromising quality
- Stay updated on video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency, in-house brand team, or freelance)
- Strong command over Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- An eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual detail
- Experience editing for social-first formats (reels, shorts) is a big plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle quick turnarounds
- A portfolio/reel showcasing past work
