We're a small, fast-moving creative and tech agency in Ahmedabad building content for founders, brands, and creators who actually want to grow - not just post for the sake of posting. We're looking for a Video Editor who gets bored easily and fixes that by making things look good.
What you'll actually do
- Edit talking-head reels, YouTube long-form, and short-form content that doesn't feel like a template
- Turn raw footage into something with pacing, rhythm, and a punchline where it counts
- Work directly with founders and creators - you'll know why a cut matters, not just execute a brief
- Juggle multiple client styles
- Keep projects organized and turn things around fast without cutting corners
You're a good fit if
- You have a reel/portfolio that makes us want to stop scrolling
- You know your way around Premiere Pro,
After Effects
- You understand pacing for retention - not just "cut on the beat," but why the beat matters
- You can take feedback without taking it personally, and give feedback when something's not working
- You want to be part of a small team where your work is visible, not buried in a pipeline
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics
- An eye for color grading
- Comfortable working across niches - finance, lifestyle, brand content
