Job Overview

Growmax Club Edu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to handle our social media and digital video content.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirement quickly, work independently with minimal instructions, and complete quality work within short deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
- Edit long-form videos, educational videos, interviews, and other company content.
- Select suitable footage and create videos with good flow, pacing, and storytelling.
- Add captions, text, transitions, music, sound effects, and other necessary elements.
- Convert long-form videos into suitable short-form social media content.
- Make quick revisions based on feedback.
- Manage multiple editing requirements and meet short deadlines.




- Maintain consistency in the company's video style and presentation.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong experience in social media video editing, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Positive experience in both short-form and long-form video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
- Should be able to understand requirements quickly and take ownership of the work.
- Fast and efficient worker who can deliver quality videos within short turnaround times.
- Creative mindset and good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Previous experience with social media content creation will be an advantage.
