Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor with a solid artistic sense who can take a narrative or idea and turn it into an engaging visual story.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands the art of Vox-style storytelling — not just someone who can cut footage.

- A degree/diploma in Film & Video Editing, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field .
- 0–3 years of experience — freshers with a strong portfolio and the right creative sensibility are welcome.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills , with the ability to understand a narrative, ask the right questions, and translate it into a storyboard and visual sequence .
- A good understanding of editing, pacing, cuts, transitions, visual effects and storytelling techniques .
- Strong sense of sound design — music, sound effects, timing and how sound can elevate a story.




- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop , with the ability to create or adapt simple visuals, graphics and assets for videos independently.
- A strong visual and artistic sensibility — someone who notices details, understands composition and has a point of view.
- Someone who is innovative and experimental in their approach and constantly looks for interesting ways to tell a story.
- Ability to take a brief or brand narrative and independently figure out how the story should unfold visually , rather than simply executing an edit.

Most importantly: We’re looking for someone who can think like a storyteller, not just an editor

- someone who can understand what we’re trying to say, find the best visual language for it, and bring the idea to life.
