About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor & Video Shooter who can manage the complete video content process — from shooting and ideation to editing and final delivery.

? Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Meta Ads, UGC, product, and lifestyle content.
- Handle camera, lighting, framing, audio, and basic production setup.
- Create engaging and performance-focused video creatives with strong hooks and CTAs.
- Edit videos with transitions, subtitles, sound design, motion graphics, and effects.
- Create multiple video variations for performance marketing and A/B testing.
- Repurpose existing footage into different formats for social media and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Brand teams.
- Stay updated with Reels trends, viral formats, editing styles,



and AI video tools.
- Manage video assets and deliver projects within timelines.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing and shooting/content production.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting, composition, storytelling, and pacing.
- Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping, and conversion-focused content.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to experiment with AI-powered creative tools.

⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with D2C, Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, or Lifestyle brands.
- Experience creating UGC and performance marketing ads.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience working with different cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
