Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor – Real Estate Expert role based in Mumbai.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks for real estate projects, including assembling raw footage, structuring storylines, and editing videos for multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities include applying color grading, enhancing audio and visuals, and integrating motion graphics and static graphics to highlight property features and amenities. The role involves close collaboration with videographers,



drone pilots, designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content aligned with client branding and marketing goals.

The Video

Editor will also optimize videos for various formats, maintain organized project files, and contribute creative ideas to elevate real estate presentations and virtual tours.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience handling real estate or architectural footage.
- Proficiency in video color grading and visual enhancement to create polished, professional property videos.
- Ability to design and integrate motion graphics and graphics to effectively showcase project details and branding.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Positive understanding of digital platforms and formats (web, social media, OTT) and best practices for exporting and compressing video content.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with production teams and real estate clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, or a related field; portfolio demonstrating real estate or similar work is highly preferred.
