Role Description: This is a full time, on-site video editor role based in Bengaluru. The video editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, and ensuring smooth storytelling.

Responsibilities include applying colour grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, selecting suitable music or sound effects, and preparing content in multiple formats for digital and broadcast platforms. The role requires close collaboration with producers, reporters, and other creative team members to refine narratives, meet tight deadlines, and maintain the agency’s editorial standards.

Salary:



INR 25000 fixed (We are looking for freshers or people with one or two years of relevant experience).

Qualifications

- Strong video production and video editing skills, with experience handling raw footage and delivering polished final outputs.
- Proficiency in video colour grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality imagery.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editorial judgement, ideally within news or documentary environments.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional editorial and creative teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
