VIDEO EDITOR - REELS, MOTION & SOCIAL

We’re looking for a creator-minded Video Editor who doesn’t just edit videos - you make people stop scrolling.

If you instinctively notice a weak hook, awkward pacing, boring transitions or a missed sound cue and think “I can make this hit harder” - we should talk.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Reels & Short-Form

- Edit high-energy Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Meta Ads.
- Build edits that hook viewers within the first 3 seconds.
- Use punch-ins, zooms, speed ramps, transitions, overlays, typography and visual effects with purpose.
- Adapt your editing style to different brands, audiences and trends.

Motion Graphics

- Create slick, engaging motion graphics and animations.
- Animate typography, logos, UI elements, products and visual effects.
- Make things move without making them messy.

Sound Design

- Build layered soundscapes using music, impacts, whooshes, risers, clicks and ambience.
- Sync sound with visuals, beats and transitions.
- Know when a sound effect adds impact - and when silence works better.

- Experiments with new formats, trends and editing styles.
- Brings ideas to the table instead of waiting for a brief.

Work With the Team You’ll collaborate with strategists, creators, videographers and designers to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.

REQUIRED

- Your own laptop/workstation capable of handling Premiere + After Effects.
- Reliable internet for file transfers and collaboration.
- Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory.

Experience with fashion, D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, influencers or performance marketing is a plus. WHAT WE EXPECT IN 90 DAYS

- Edit multiple reels independently every day.
- Create strong motion-driven edits with minimal supervision.
- Make smarter editing decisions that improve retention.
- Bring creative ideas to the table.
