Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Content Specialist who can independently manage video production, filming, and editing for our internal and external content initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital content trends, and social media formats, with the ability to create compelling videos that engage, educate, and inspire audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography &

• Production

- Plan, organize, and execute in-house video shoots, including workshops, events, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Manage camera setup, lighting arrangements, framing, and basic audio recording to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements, objectives, and creative direction.
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots while maintaining qualified production quality.

Video Editing & • Post-Production




- Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content optimized for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, captioning, and basic motion graphics integration.
- Maintain visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content assets.
- Research and understand content topics before editing to ensure relevance, accuracy, and audience engagement.

Content Optimization & • Asset Management
- Stay updated on platform-specific content trends and best practices, particularly for YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
- Organize, archive, and manage raw footage, project files, and final video assets efficiently.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to improve content performance, reach, and audience engagement.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and content effectiveness.

Required Skills & • Qualifications
- 1–3 years of practical experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of camera operations,



lighting fundamentals, composition, and framing techniques.
- Ability to independently manage video shoots and production workflows.
- Strong storytelling abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Must own a personal laptop capable of handling professional video editing requirements.
- A well-maintained portfolio or showreel demonstrating videography and editing expertise is mandatory.
