Compensation: Rs. 60k per month/ Rs. 7.2L per annum (subject to interview and experience)

Location: Remote for the 1st year, subject to changes based on business needs
What you'll be doing:
- Short-form content (Reels, Shorts) for Finance & Tech Brands
- Long-form YouTube videos including educational explainers and documentary-style content
- Motion graphics for brand films, product videos, corporate films etc.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in video editing for YouTube and social media (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content formats
- Proficiency in editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
- Ability to create clean,
engaging, and high-retention edits
- Robust sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual structure
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality outputs
Bonus points, if you:
- Have worked on educational/documentary-style content/finance-education content
- Can own the editing pipeline end-to-end from raw footage to final delivery
- Have experience working with content teams and structured production workflows
This is a high-ownership role; youll be responsible for delivering polished, high-quality edits end-to-end.
