Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhilai.

The Video

Editor will work closely with creative and marketing teams to edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include cutting and sequencing footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, and performing basic to advanced color adjustments to maintain visual consistency. The role also involves creating motion graphics and integrating graphic elements to enhance storytelling and brand identity.

Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects,



follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve overall video quality and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, export settings, and formats for web, social, and broadcast.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
