About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Executive) to join our core creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-end visual content for our social media handles, marketing campaigns, and event promotions.

If you have a sharp eye for luxury fashion aesthetics, excel at beat-synced video editing, sound design, and motion typography, and know how to transform raw footage (or self-sourced assets) into engaging fashion reels and creatives, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit high-energy, cinematic Instagram Reels, Shorts, Teaser Videos, and Promo Clips for fashion shows and luxury brands.
- Apply advanced video transitions, motion effects, beat-synced cuts, and color grading to give videos a royal, high-end feel.
- Handle complete sound design, including selecting trending/luxury tracks, adding sound effects (whooshes, risers, bass drops), and audio balancing.
- Animate text and create engaging motion graphics overlays (e.g., lower thirds, announcements, countdowns).

2. Graphic Design & Visual Assets

- Design luxury-grade social media assets, including Instagram Carousels, Stories, Event Banners, Posters, and Brand Dockets.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms using rich typography, elegant color palettes, and clean layouts.

3. Asset Research & Sourcing





- Work with raw footage provided by the team OR independently research, curate, and source high-quality reference footage/stock visuals from Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and stock libraries.
- Trend research: Stay updated on current luxury fashion trends, trending audio on Instagram, and viral reel editing styles.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design (Executive level). Experience/Interest in Fashion, Lifestyle, or Luxury sectors is highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency:
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (CapCut Pro / DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
- Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

Core Skills:

- Strong knowledge of video transitions, speed ramping, color grading, and sound effects.
- Excellent music sense to match audio beats with video cuts seamlessly.
- Strong understanding of typography, alignment, color contrast, and luxury aesthetics.
- Self-starter attitude: Ability to work independently, search for visual assets online, and take ownership of projects.
- Portfolio Required: A solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating past fashion/lifestyle reels, promotional videos, and graphic design work.
