Luminior is a premium marketing agency helping brands grow through strategy, design, technology, and storytelling. We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into compelling content with strong hooks, thoughtful pacing, and polished visuals.

You’ll work on Instagram Reels, brand films, product videos, founder-led content, and paid advertising creatives across different brands.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging hooks and transparent visual narratives that hold attention.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and sound effects that support the story.
- Handle colour correction, audio cleanup, and consistent visual styling.
- Adapt videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into finished content.
- Incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and keep footage and project files organised.
- Explore relevant editing trends while maintaining each brand’s identity.

What We’re Looking For





- A strong portfolio showcasing social media edits, brand storytelling, or advertising creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and text animation.
- A strong eye for composition, typography, pacing, colour, and detail.
- An understanding of how editing choices influence viewer retention.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with the team.
- Responsible use of licensed music, footage, and other creative assets.

Bonus Skills

- Experience editing fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, beauty, or premium brand content.
- Knowledge of product shoots, lighting, or videography.
- Familiarity with AI tools for transcription, audio enhancement, and editing workflows.
- Experience creating different hooks and versions for performance advertising.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Wadala, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)
