Role Description The Video Editor internship is an on-site role based in Bhilai. The intern will assist in editing raw video footage into polished content for social media, advertisements, and branded campaigns, following creative briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include organizing clips, trimming and sequencing footage, adding transitions, basic effects, and audio, and collaborating with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

The role also involves preparing video assets in multiple formats for digital platforms, maintaining file organization,



and supporting the team with content ideas and improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced creatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating and refining high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a positive sense of pacing and composition are beneficial.
- Ability to take constructive feedback, work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, and manage multiple tasks is important.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing or motion graphics work is highly desirable.
- Relevant coursework or training in media, film, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
