VIDEO EDITING INTERN

Working days: Full Time, 5 Days Working (Mon–Fri)

Work timings: Afternoon & Evening Shift: 2 PM–12 AM / 4 PM–2 AM

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Duration: 18 months (6-Month Internship + 12-Month Full-Time Employment )

About the Role

- We are looking for a creative, smart, and driven Video Editing Intern who is interested in learning and building a career in video editing and digital content.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of formal training in video editing and a basic understanding of video editing tools and concepts.
- You don't need to know everything already, we're looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn, takes feedback positively, and is excited to improve their skills through real projects.
- You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to create engaging video content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Assist in creating Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
- Use video editing tools to cut, arrange, and enhance raw footage.
- Add basic transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion elements to videos.
- Learn and experiment with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools.
- Help convert long-form videos into engaging short-form content.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across video content.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to understand video requirements and deliver content within deadlines.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, formats,



and emerging AI tools.
- Take feedback from senior team members and make necessary improvements to videos.
- Organise project files, footage, assets, and final video exports properly.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and content discussions.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of formal training in video editing from an institute, course, academy, or similar learning program.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production.
- Familiarity with any professional or commonly used editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of video formats, transitions, subtitles, music, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Interest in social media content and digital marketing.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools, especially AI-powered video editing tools.
- Ability to take feedback and continuously improve.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Who Can Apply? This opportunity is suitable for:

- Freshers with 6+ months of formal video editing training
- Candidates who have completed a video editing course
- Students/recent graduates with relevant training and a good portfolio

*Skilled work experience is not mandatory.
