About the Role

Fear No Man Gear is looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about creating high-quality, engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram Reels.

You’ll work closely with our content and creative team to turn raw footage into compelling videos that match the Fear No Man Gear brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get the prospect to work on real brand content and develop your editing skills across both long-form and short-form formats.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Edit YouTube videos, including long-form content, product videos, and brand-focused content.
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos designed for retention and reach.
- Select the best footage, create smooth cuts, and maintain strong pacing.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, text, subtitles, and basic motion graphics where required.
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the Fear No Man Gear brand.
- Work with raw footage and take ownership of the editing process from start to final export.
- Collaborate with the team to understand creative briefs and incorporate feedback.
- Stay updated with current editing styles, trends, hooks,



and formats across YouTube and Instagram.

What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of video editing and storytelling.
- Experience editing for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
- Strong sense of pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and visual composition.
- Ability to create edits that are clean, engaging, and high quality.
- Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- A good eye for detail and a willingness to experiment creatively.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
- A portfolio or examples of previous editing work is required. Personal projects, YouTube videos, Reels, or college projects are all welcome.
