About us

I'm Krishna Kumar, founder of PlumoAI (an AI Employees platform). From our studio we shoot podcast episodes with founders and industry leaders, and short AI and startup tips videos for YouTube and Instagram. We publish a lot, and we need someone who can keep up.

What you'll actually do

- Set up and run the camera, lighting and mics podcasts & vlog and talking-head shoots
- Edit long-form podcast episodes and vlogs in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Cut reels and shorts from long videos with captions, hooks and clean pacing
- Handle basic color correction and audio cleanup
- Organize footage and deliver on daily deadlines
- Pitch ideas that make our content better

What we need from you

- Hands-on experience with cameras (framing, focus,



exposure, audio)
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good communication. You'll be on set, taking direction and giving your own input
- You live close to the studio and can come in every day
- A portfolio or a few sample edits (YouTube, Instagram, Drive link, anything works)

Qualification

Any. Your work matters more than your degree.

Nice to have

- After Effects or motion graphics basics
- An eye for what performs on YouTube and Instagram
- Interest in AI, startups or content creation
