About the Role:

Are you passionate about video editing and fascinated by the future of AI in content creation? Baandook Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor Intern to join our production team.

In this role, you will get hands-on experience crafting dynamic visual content for digital platforms by merging traditional editing techniques with cutting-edge generative AI tools.

Work Setup: This is a Hybrid role. You will be required to visit our office in Konnagar, Hooghly, once or twice a week for collaborative sessions and review meetings. The rest of the week, you can work remotely.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in editing high-retention video content, including YouTube long-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand promotional materials.
- Utilize generative AI tools (such as Flow, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen) to generate avatars, clone/enhance audio, and manipulate video assets.
- Assemble raw footage, cut sequences seamlessly, and establish proper rhythm, narrative flow, and pacing.
- Design and integrate text overlays, animated captions, lower thirds, transitions, and sound effects (SFX).
- Coordinate with creative leads to adhere to visual branding guidelines and learn industry-standard post-production workflows.

What We Are Looking For:





- Foundational working knowledge of standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to learn, AI video and audio generation platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Flow).
- Explicit understanding of video aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1) and pacing suitable for social media audiences.
- A robust willingness to learn, receive constructive feedback, and make quick iterative revisions.
- Ability to travel to the Konnagar office 1–2 times a week.
