About The Role:

Scalup.io is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern who is passionate about video content, visual storytelling, and emerging AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing and hands-on knowledge of AI video generation tools, particularly Higgsfield AI and Seedance . You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to create engaging videos for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form videos, reels, social media content, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, effects, and basic motion graphics.
- Use AI-powered tools to generate and enhance video content.
- Work with Higgsfield AI and Seedance to create AI-generated video content.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Assist with basic colour correction, sound editing, and video optimization.




- Stay updated with emerging video editing, AI video, and social media trends.

Requirements:

- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Higgsfield AI and Seedance is mandatory .
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut .
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them effectively.
- Willingness to experiment with recent AI tools and editing techniques.
- A portfolio, showreel, or sample work is preferred.
