Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Creative Designer (Video Editing & Graphic Designing) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging visual content, editing high-quality videos, designing impactful creatives, and contributing fresh ideas for brands and influencers.

The candidate should also be well-versed in AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies for image generation, video generation, editing, enhancement, ideation, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
- Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, presentations, marketing collateral, and other graphic assets.
- Create reels, shorts, stories, carousels, promotional videos, motion graphics, animated videos, whiteboard videos, and explainer videos.
- Use AI-powered tools for image creation, video generation, video enhancement, creative ideation, background generation/removal, visual effects, and content production.
- Explore and effectively use emerging AI creative platforms such as Gemini and other AI-based image and video generation tools, including tools for generative video, AI-assisted editing, and visual content creation.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling formats.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist and internal team on content calendars, campaign planning, and creative execution.
- Edit and optimize content for Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
- Conduct competitor research, market research, and trend analysis to identify content opportunities and creative directions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, editing techniques, AI tools, generative AI technologies, and emerging creative technologies.




- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve the quality, speed, and creativity of content production.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for feedback, revisions, and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in video editing, graphic designing, motion graphics, or a related creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and CapCut.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other creative tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video generation, editing, enhancement, and creative content production is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Gemini and other AI image/video generation platforms. Familiarity with emerging generative AI tools and platforms such as Sora, Seedance, and similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools creatively to generate images, video concepts, visual assets, backgrounds, animations, effects, and other marketing content.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animated videos, whiteboard videos, and social media content.
- Basic understanding of 3D animation, visual effects, and advanced video editing techniques will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, branding, and content creation.
- Awareness of current social media trends, digital culture, audience behavior, and viral content formats.
- Ability to conduct competitor research and identify emerging content trends.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies, AI tools, and creative trends.
