We’re looking for a Video Editor Head who can lead our video & creative function and take our content quality to the next level — with a strong focus on AI-powered video creation, creative storytelling and modern content formats.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage the Video Editing & Creative Team.
- Plan, create and supervise Reels, Performance Ads, Brand Videos & Social Media Content.
- Drive AI-based video creation using tools like Higgsfield, HeyGen, Gemini AI and other emerging AI video tools.
- Use AI prompting, image-to-video, text-to-video and AI-assisted editing to create high-quality visual content.
- Develop creative concepts, visual storytelling and engaging video formats for different brands.
- Set editing standards and ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery.
- Mentor editors, review their work and improve the overall creative output.
- Work closely with Marketing,



Creative & Performance Marketing teams to convert ideas into high-performing content.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video trends, tools and creative workflows and implement them within the team.

What You Should Have
- 2–4+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, D2C or digital marketing environment.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects and modern editing workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI Video Generation & AI Creative Tools.
- Positive understanding of AI prompting and creative direction.
- Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing and visual composition.
- Experience managing or mentoring a video/creative team.
- Ability to take a concept from idea → AI generation → editing → final output.
- Strong portfolio is a must.
