We’re Hiring: Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer

Full-Time Role(mon-fri)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: 5-6 lakh

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor + Motion Graphic Designer who understands digital storytelling, youth culture, and high-performance social content.

If you can turn everyday footage into scroll-stopping reels and understand how pacing, grading, and motion design impact engagement — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit daily Instagram reels and social-first content
- Assist in production execution (pre, shoot-day & post)
- Contribute to content ideation and narrative development
- Perform colour correction & grading (strong knowledge is a plus)
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and motion assets
- Maintain visual consistency across brand projects




- Support scripting and story structuring from an editor’s lens
- Work closely with the production & content team for quick turnarounds

Required Software Proficiency

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)

- Strong understanding of camera systems & production equipment
- Knowledge of codecs, frame rates, and export standards
- HDR to SDR workflow understanding
- Basic sound design & motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, generative AI workflows, etc.)
- Awareness of reel trends & youth-focused content styles.
