Experience: 1–2 Years

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging static designs and UGC-style video ads for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with short-form video storytelling to create content that grabs attention and drives action.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, static ads, carousels, banners, and thumbnails.
- Edit raw UGC footage into engaging video ads, product demos, and testimonials.
- Add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Create multiple ad variations with different hooks, visuals, and calls to action.
- Maintain consistent branding across designs and videos.
- Work with the marketing team to understand briefs and improve creatives based on feedback and performance.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work on time.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.




- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, plus Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Positive knowledge of video pacing, storytelling, and social media formats.
- Attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing both graphic designs and video edits.

Good to Have

- Experience creating UGC ads for e-commerce or OTT brands.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to work with Hindi and English content.
