Starkle is a fine jewellery brand out of Delhi. BIS hallmarked 18k gold, certified natural diamonds, a store in Lajpat Nagar, and a D2C business that runs on Meta, WhatsApp and our own Shopify storefront.

We're looking for a freelancer to own our content output on a monthly retainer. Video editing is the core of this role — if reels aren't your strongest skill, this isn't the right fit.

What you'll work on

- Reels for Instagram and Meta ads — product films, styling edits, store content, founder and customer pieces
- Static creatives for campaigns, launches and paid ads
- Product and collection assets for the Shopify store
- Whatever a new collection launch needs, end to end

Roughly [X reels + Y statics] a month.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years editing video for brands, agencies or creators — a showreel matters more than a CV
- Solid command of Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut, plus Illustrator/Photoshop or Figma
- An eye for pacing,



sound and trends — you know why a reel holds attention past three seconds
- Comfort shooting and editing product-led content where the product is small and the lighting is everything
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without being chased

Nice to have

- Jewellery, fashion, beauty or luxury brand experience
- Familiarity with Meta ad creative formats and what performs
- Interest in AI tools for product staging and video — we're actively experimenting

How we work

You work remotely and manage your own hours, but this is a high-touch, fast-moving setup — expect a short call every day to align on priorities and review cuts, plus one or two in-person meetings a week at our Delhi office. You'll need to be based in Delhi NCR. Final interviews are in person.

Retainer: Negotiable, based on experience and scope.
