Deeshuumm Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. The role involves editing content for multiple brands across industries, with a strong focus on social media and digital-first storytelling.
Role Overview
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for converting raw footage into engaging, platform-optimised videos. You will work closely with content strategists, designers, and creators to ensure every video aligns with the brand’s communication goals and maintains high visual quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Ensure smooth pacing, clean transitions, and strong storytelling in every edit
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand briefs and brand requirements
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining consistency and quality
- Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Video Editor (agency experience preferred)
- Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an added advantage
- Understanding of social media content formats and audience behaviour
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Assessment Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short editing assignment
- The assignment is intended to assess editing skills, storytelling, and attention to detail
