What you'll do?
• Edit short-form for Instagram and YouTube — hooks, pacing, retention.
• Own your output and turnaround, adapting edits to what performs.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to move faster.
What we're looking for?
• Proven editing experience for reels/shorts, generater min 10M views for a page.
• Strong in Premiere Pro/ Davinci
• Fluent in AI editing tools and workflows.
• A real feel for the IG/YouTube algorithm.
• Working proficiency in English.
