We are hiring a Video Editor. Part time to start, remote

(India), 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month, about 20 hours a week,

reviewed on results, with a clear path to full time as our channels scale.

GAJAN Group runs brands across e-commerce, beauty, wellness,

travel, music and software, selling into North America. Every brand runs its own content channels, and our AI engine produces scripts, voiceovers and raw footage at scale. What we need is the person who turns raw material into videos people actually watch to the end.

What you will actually do:

- Cut short-form daily: Reels, TikToks, Shorts across all our brand accounts
- Own long-form for our brand YouTube channels: brand videos,

founder content, explainers and educational series for every vertical, edited for retention with hooks, chapters and pacing that hold a viewer past the 10-minute mark
- Edit ad creatives as a core duty, not a side task: paid ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, multiple hook variations per concept, judged by hook rate, watch time and what the media buyer reports back
- Work inside an AI-first pipeline: auto-captions, AI voiceover, generative b-roll, template systems that let one editor do the work of three




- Build reusable templates per brand so every edit gets faster and every channel stays on-look
- Ship volume with judgment: multiple short edits a day,

long-form weekly, each with a reason for its first three seconds The path here is real: this seat starts part time and grows into a full-time role as the brand channels compound. The editor who proves output and judgment in the first months becomes the first full time hire of our content studio.

What this is not: a cinematography role or a motion graphics showcase. This is speed, hooks, retention and output across short-form, long-form and paid, for a portfolio of brands.

We hire on evidence. The application is a short work-based assessment: your best short edit, your best long edit, and your best-performing ad creative, each with numbers, plus how you would cut a raw clip we describe, and your AI toolkit,

honestly. A human reads every submission and you hear back either way.
