BrandMonkey is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency working with multiple brands across social media, performance marketing, branding, and content creation.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who understands modern short-form content and can create engaging, high-retention social media reels.

Position: Video Editor

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Agency Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 3–4 high-quality social media reels daily

• Create engaging UGC-style reels, product videos, talking-head videos, ad creatives, and promotional reels

- Edit raw footage with strong hooks, fast cuts, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and B-roll

• Create reels optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads

• Understand modern UGC editing styles, retention-based editing, pacing, storytelling, and trending formats

- Add dynamic subtitles, motion graphics, zooms, overlays, and visual effects where required
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple short-form content variations
- Maintain brand consistency across different brands and industries
- Collaborate with content, social media, and performance marketing teams




- Deliver videos within deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Use AI tools for faster editing, subtitles, voiceovers, B-roll generation, and creative enhancement

Requirements

• Strong experience in short-form social media video editing

• Good understanding of UGC-style content and performance-driven reels

• Ability to consistently produce 3–4 polished reels per day

- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Knowledge of current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Good knowledge of After Effects

• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva , or similar tools is an advantage

- Knowledge of AI video and generative AI tools
- Good understanding of subtitles, sound design, color correction, transitions, and motion graphics
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
