About the Role

Bipminds Tech is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of motion graphics and color grading, and the ability to consistently deliver quality content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and deliver 2 videos per day as per the assigned content requirements.

Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.

Add professional motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and visual effects.

Perform color correction and qualified color grading.

Select appropriate music, sound effects, and audio elements.

Understand briefs and convert creative ideas into engaging video content.

Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

Work closely with the social media and marketing teams.

Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, transitions, and social media formats.

Manage multiple projects and meet daily deadlines.





Must-Have Skills

Strong video editing skills are mandatory.

Good knowledge of Motion Graphics is a must.

Good knowledge of Color Grading is a must.

Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.

Good sense of timing, storytelling, music, transitions, and visual composition.

Ability to work independently and deliver 2 quality videos daily.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing.

Freshers can apply if they have solid editing skills and a good portfolio.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Salary: ₹20,000/month

After 3 Months: Performance-based salary hike and role evaluation.
