Role Description The Video Editor role at Aurovix is a full-time, remote position responsible for editing and assembling video projects from raw footage to final delivery. Daily tasks include cutting and organizing clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction to ensure visual consistency and quality.

The Video

Editor will collaborate with creative leads and clients to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and align final outputs with brand and campaign goals. The role also involves creating motion graphics and simple visual assets as needed,



optimizing content for various platforms, and maintaining organized project files and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including working with different formats and platforms.

- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual style.

- Experience creating Motion Graphics for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns.

- Ability to design and refine Graphics that support video narratives and branding.

- Comfort with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

- Basic knowledge of audio editing and mixing for explicit dialogue, music, and sound effects.

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting.

- Effective communication skills and openness to feedback and collaborative workflows.

- Prior experience in digital content production for brands, agencies, or creators is preferred.

- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing and motion graphics work.
