:

We are looking for a Social Media & Video Content Executive who can create engaging video content and manage Capabl’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for taking ideas from concept to execution—from shooting and editing videos to publishing content and tracking its performance.

Responsibilities

Video Content

- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, event videos, and educational content.
- Edit footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, effects, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Cover workshops, college events, expert sessions, interviews, testimonials, and company activities.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging social media content.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and visual style.

Social Media Management

- Manage Capabl’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute a monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, topics, and content ideas.
- Write captions, hooks, and basic copy for social media posts.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience responses.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Required Skills





- Solid knowledge of video editing.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing using Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and storytelling-based content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Role Type: Full Time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
