Bhanzu Learning Center (www.bhanzu.us) is founded by Neelakantha Bhanu, the World's Fastest Human Calculator. Our mission is to end math phobia and build confident problem solvers everywhere. Our on ground team runs learning centers and events across Texas, and we are building out a remote creative team based in India to support them, working closely with the on site team.

What You'll Do

- Edit video ads for performance marketing and paid campaigns

- Edit social media content, including reels and shorts

- Edit videos covering classes and center life for students and parents

- Edit testimonial footage into finished, usable videos

- Create motion graphics for ads, social media, and website content

- Move between editing and motion graphics work as needed, handling both as part of the same role

- Work with the creative team to ideate on how best to show content in a way that resonates with a US audience, not just execute a brief





- Maintain brand visual consistency across all video and motion graphics assets, adapting to the requirements of each platform or format while staying true to the brand

What We're Looking For

- Robust hands-on video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro

- Strong hands-on motion graphics skills in Adobe After Effects

- Experience using AI tools and software in the editing and motion graphics process to bring more variety and speed up content creation

- Actively exploring AI tools to move manual editing and motion graphics work to AI wherever possible
- A portfolio showing both video editing and motion graphics work

- Experience creating content for a US audience or US based brands

- Comfortable coming up with ideas, not just following a brief

- Comfortable working with a creative team

- 2 to 4 years of combined video editing and motion graphics experience
