We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can turn raw footage and ideas into engaging, high-quality content for social media, advertising, webinars, courses and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities1.

Video

Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
- Edit webinar, seminar, workshop and course videos.
- Create engaging promotional videos for courses, events and offers.
- Handle talking-head videos, interviews, testimonials and educational content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music and visual elements.
- Create videos optimized for retention and social media engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

2.

Motion

Graphics
- Create professional motion graphics for Reels, advertisements and promotional videos.
- Design animated text, titles, lower thirds, icons and transitions.
- Create animated offers, course highlights, statistics and educational visuals.
- Develop simple logo animations and brand elements.




- Create engaging visual hooks for the first 2–5 seconds of videos.
- Use motion graphics to make educational and promotional content more engaging.

3.

Graphic

Design
- Create social media creatives, thumbnails and promotional graphics when required.
- Design creatives for webinars, workshops, courses and special offers.
- Maintain consistency with AIIOS brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create performance-oriented creatives.

4. Advertising & Performance Creatives
- Create video ads for Meta, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop multiple versions of the same creative to test different hooks, formats and CTAs.
- Understand basic principles of video retention, CTR and conversion-focused creative.
- Create videos based on marketing briefs and campaign objectives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of Motion Graphics.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and Shorts.




- Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction.
- Ability to work with subtitles, captions and visual effects.
- Good understanding of typography and visual hierarchy.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be able to take: Raw Footage → Concept → Editing → Motion Graphics → Sound Design → Final Video without requiring constant supervision.

Experience in education, coaching, personal branding, astrology, spirituality, wellness, digital marketing or similar content-driven industries will be an advantage.
