Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. The role involves planning, producing, and editing video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling, including color grading and basic sound alignment. The team member will create motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic assets such as thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and product visuals aligned with BioBird’s brand identity.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to interpret briefs, developing creative concepts, managing media assets, and ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and deadlines. The role may also involve contributing ideas for content formats,



optimizing videos for different platforms, and staying updated on design and video trends in the beauty and personal care space.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and planning, including storyboarding, shot composition, and basic on-set coordination.

- Proficiency in video editing and video color grading using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation for digital platforms (e.g., Adobe After Effects, similar tools).

- Ability to design high-quality graphics for social media, web, and marketing materials, maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.

- Relevant experience in content creation for beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.

- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.

- Diploma or degree in Design, Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
