About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and a strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and AI-Powered Video Editing and Creative Tools.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, music, and overall video aesthetics. You will work closely with the creative and content teams to produce engaging video content for digital platforms and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, brands, and clients.
- Create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Handle video editing from raw footage to final output, including cutting, sequencing, transitions, audio, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
- Work with the creative team to understand briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing videos.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, and other elements as required.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Make revisions based on internal/client feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, assets, and final exports efficiently.

- Required Skills

- 1–2 years of qualified experience as a Video Editor.
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects




- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition (basic knowledge is an advantage)
- Proficiency in AI tools used for video editing, content creation, motion graphics, image generation, audio enhancement, and other related creative workflows.
- Ability to effectively integrate AI-powered tools and technologies into the video editing and content creation process to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and social media specifications.
- Good sense of music, sound design, color, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with social media content, digital marketing agencies, or media/production companies.
- Knowledge of current social media video trends and editing styles.
- A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Familiarity with emerging AI-powered creative tools and their application in video production.
