Overview

We are looking for a video producer or video content creator to produce video assets for MHW's (our global marketing partner) SEO marketing and performance marketing campaigns. This role starts as a 3-month freelance contract. Based on performance during the contract period, we will review conversion to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and produce video assets for MHW's SEO marketing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Use generative AI video/image tools to produce raw assets, then finish them into ad-ready videos.
- Handle post-production work including editing, motion graphics, and color grading using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.
- Improve video assets based on performance data (CTR, view-through rate, conversion rate, etc.) and produce variants for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with MHW and Cubeberry stakeholders to align on content direction and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in video production or video editing.
- A portfolio of video work is required (marketing/advertising video assets preferred).
- Proficiency with post-production tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI video/image tools is required (e.g., Seedance, Runway, Midjourney, GPT Image, or similar any relevant tool experience is acceptable).
- Experience producing video assets for SEO or performance marketing purposes.
- Solid understanding of short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Able to collaborate effectively in a remote/asynchronous work environment.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience producing marketing videos for US/European audiences.
- Experience optimizing video assets based on performance data (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Basic business-level English communication skills (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with collaboration/design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a startup or agency environment.
- Prior experience at a content startup or advertising agency.

Working Conditions

- Employment type: Freelance contract (3 months) full-time conversion reviewed based on performance.
- Work arrangement: Remote work available (collaboration conducted online).
- Contract period: 3 months (terms for conversion to be discussed separately).
- Compensation: To be determined based on experience and portfolio level.
