Role Description This is a contract, on-site Video Content Creator role based in Kanpur.

The Video Content

Creator will plan, script, shoot, and edit video content that supports marketing campaigns, brand communication, and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the consulting and marketing teams, capturing high-quality footage, editing videos for various digital platforms, and optimizing content for engagement and clarity. The role also involves coordinating production schedules, managing basic lighting and sound,



and ensuring that all video assets align with the company’s brand guidelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including planning, filming, and editing for digital platforms.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Ability to develop creative concepts, write basic scripts, and adapt content for social media and web campaigns.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling, framing, lighting, and sound to produce clear and engaging videos.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and content optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
- Robust time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in video content creation; a portfolio or show reel demonstrating past work is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in media, film, communication, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
