About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated Video Content Creator & Editor (UGC Specialist) to become the face and creative voice of our brand. In this role, you will be a one-woman production powerhouse who loves to explore! You will host/act in our videos, record high-quality footage on location, and edit them into highly engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.This role requires a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and the flexibility to travel to various shoot locations across the country.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Presenting & Host: Act as the main on-screen face for our brand. Deliver scripts confidently and naturally in both fluent Hindi and English.
- On-Location Shooting: Willingness to travel anywhere across locations for outdoor shoots, client interactions, site visits, and event coverages.
- Solo Production Setup: Independently set up and manage basic mobile production equipment (flagship smartphones, portable ring lights, travel tripods, and wireless lapel mics) to shoot high-quality vertical videos on the go.
- Mobile Video Editing: Perform the complete post-production pipeline using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, VN Video Editor). Add fast cuts, engaging text overlays, auto-captions, sound effects, and strong visual hooks.




- Trend Scanning: Actively research daily social media trends, viral audio tracks, and successful short-form video formats to keep our content fresh.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Multilingual Communication: Exceptional speaking skills in both Hindi and English. Must be able to switch between both languages naturally based on target audience preferences.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable with frequent travel to different cities, outdoor setups, or project sites for shoots.
- Camera Confidence: Highly expressive, professional, and engaging when appearing in front of the camera.
- Mobile-First Content Skills: Proven experience framing, lighting, and shooting clear, steady vertical video using contemporary smartphones under varying environment conditions.
- Editing Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with short-form editing apps (CapCut, VN, or similar) to deliver snappy, fast-paced edits.
- Portfolio: A portfolio or links to past video creation work (even personal reels/travel vlogs) is mandatory to apply.
