Job Summary The objective of this project is to support vendor selection through an extensive discovery evaluation and prototyping phase.

We are seeking contractors with deep expertise in video conferencing platforms who can help assess solutions, validate technical assumptions, and develop proof-of-concept implementations.

Responsibilities

- Help assess solutions, validate technical assumptions, and develop proof-of-concept implementations.

Requirements

- Deep hands-on expertise with both Zoom and Webex is required.
- Candidates must have implemented solutions using each platform's SDKs and embedded meeting capabilities including experience with custom "build your own" meeting experiences.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end prototypes including frontend backend infrastructure authentication and deployment.
- Experience evaluating vendor platforms and producing technical recommendations based on capabilities limitations scalability security operational requirements and licensing models.




- Strong understanding of video conferencing concepts including meeting lifecycle management participant controls chat screen sharing recordings moderation and telemetry.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms using APIs SDKs OAuth JWT and webhookevent-driven architectures.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate in an exploratory workplace with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills including documenting findings trade-offs risks and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience conducting enterprise software evaluations or proof-of-concepts.
- Experience defining integration architectures for embedded SaaS products.
- Familiarity with analytics participation tracking and event telemetry for virtual meetings.
