Narayana E-Techno School, Electronic City, is looking for a dynamic and experienced VP / Coordinator (Primary) to lead and manage the pre-primary segment effectively. The ideal candidate should be passionate about childhood education and capable of driving academic excellence while ensuring a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Primary section
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and teaching strategies
- Guide and mentor teachers to enhance classroom delivery and student engagement
- Monitor student progress and ensure holistic development
- Maintain effective communication with parents and address concerns proactively
- Ensure compliance with school policies and quality standards
- Organize events, activities, and teacher training programs

Eligibility Criteria:





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role is preferred
- Solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills
