Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborative Leadership: Work in close tandem with Coordinators and HODs to streamline academic operations.
- Academic Supervision: Oversee curriculum planning, CBSE compliance, and execution across K-12 segments.
- School Administration: Assist in daily operations, policy implementation, and staff management.
- Mentorship & Training:



Guide faculty members, conduct performance appraisals, and lead career development.
- Student Progression: Monitor student discipline, academic progress, and holistic co-curricular development.
