Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute offline sales and marketing strategies to promote courses and training programs.
- Drive student admissions through strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions.
- Organize and oversee seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, open houses, and education fairs.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, standees, and print advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, consultants, and training partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent growth and business opportunities.
- Monitor inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admission performance generated through offline activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors, including printers, event organizers, and media agencies.




- Prepare periodic sales and admissions performance reports and present key updates to management.
